We’re going back to the the old country to go over some of the Basic concepts of classic fine wine. Germany, France, Spain and Italy have each been making wine for over 2000 years so we will have a strong focus on those countries, as well as try some lesser known wine regions that even pre-date the greeks.
We’ll be trying over 10 wines and talking about each wine in depth in a class setting. Bites included!
